but I do believe that since it is a manufactured situation, that the path to a remedy is through some paper pushing rather than building new plants

This flies in the face of what I have been thinking(investment wise)the last couple of months, not saying your wrong but most of what I have been hearing is that electrical infrastructer is inadequate at best. VP cheney says we need to build 1600 power plants this decade. I want to buy a company that makes the nuts and bolts for the plants maybe a pipemaker or a turbine maker or a constuction company that builds power plants HOW would one profit from this or is it all hogwash<=technical term hog·wash (hôg'wôsh', -w&#335;sh, h&#335;g'-)
