Boys (and girls..sorry) over on the MDD thread are already talking about a market top at the end of this week to beginning of next. We have only rallied for a day and they already have us at a top? How do they do that? They must be very good. Wow

Hi Ron Dior; I don't really think that economic collapse has anything to do with the war between the sexes. Instead, it's more like the biggest two interests that humans have are sex and money(or power), and when one becomes moribund, the other takes over the primary position.

Yeah, the upcoming Rambus v. Infineon trial is going to be an intense pleasure to follow. We've been having a bear party on the RMBS thread since the Markman decision. There were clues in earlier legal documents that Rambus was in over their heads, but the investors didn't get worried until it was reported in the stuff that Wall Street reads.

There's another bearish trade press article out on RMBS tonight:
ebnonline.com

If it gets converted into "street" news tomorrow it could drop the stock a couple of bucks. Nothing really serious, the news is old, and not unexpectedly bad, but the street ignores all the sources of information except their own, so they may not be aware of how the Rambus legal situation has deteriorated.

Basically, a Federal Judge made a ruling that the evidence presented by Infineon showed, prima facie, that Rambus had committed fraud, and used their lawyers to assist. I typed the judge's statement verbatim into the thread on April 7th here: #reply-15631925

P.S. That was an impressive list of 10 stocks in your post preceding this one. Everyone is a major loser in just 3 months.
