Carl I will take a closer look at the article and Judges statement tomorrow. I was once bullish on the stock until all of this legal chatter started. I didn't like how they were basing so much of their income on these patent infringements and so on. Though I think the stock had a shot to be a buy and hold all of this legal crap got them behind the eight ball and gave DDR a chance to gain ground. It reminds me of the ATHM story about a year or so ago.

There is no way you can separate the two. Men go after money to improve their chances for sex. What is the first thing that comes to mind when you see a young attractive woman on the arm of an old ugly guy?

It's all just Alpha male stuff, with guys improving their position in the tree to improve their access to females. The problem is while the males are fighting for that Alpha male position the females are sneaking off with the Beta males because they are far less trouble.
