That's a load of crock (pun intended). South Africa still accounts for 20% of world gold production and they are making money unlike so many of the North America producers who brag about their low cash costs at the same time they are bleeding money.

South Africa has had exchange controls for years. There is nothing new there.

Compare a chart of DROOY and HGMCY with your favorite juniors and you'll be hard pressed to find one that has outperformed either since last November.
