That seems like a lot of ethnic markets for a medium size midwest city. We have so many Asian, Hispanic, Middle Eastern, Indian, African markets I can't count them all. Halaal grocers (Islamic version of Kosher). I've posted before about the Korean markets, with all the weird chopped, pickled, salted and dried stuff that I can't describe because none of the signs are in English. In the butcher's section, pork uteri, bull's pizzles, pork bungs.

Asians like huge fruit for some reason. I think they give it as gifts, and the bigger the better.
