<China stands alone in trying to claim 200 mile limits to it's shores, and extend it's hegimony over the south China sea. We aren't going to let that happen, it is not the accepted practice of international law, and we won't make any more of an exception for them than we did for Libya and their line of death. The fact is that we routinely take military ships certain places just to reaffirm our right to do so.> We(the U.S.) invented the 200 mile concept and enforce it vigorously in U.S. air and waters. Yeah Right... If that were true.. Then they would have just scampered away and returned the crew and plane "On Demand" from the US... As it turned out..The US is the one that did the back pedaling.. OK.. We're Sorry!!! Can we have our plane and crew back? The Chinese said.. Well, you can have your crew.. But, we are keeping the plane, and we will talk about the status of that in a week or so.. So it doesn't seem like the Chinese were, and continue to be quite as concerned about "Playing the International Game" as you postulate.. Maybe you should talk to them about their continued violations of the "International Communities Sanctions against Iraq"? They sure seem to be concerned about that aspect of.. "International Communitism". And of course.. The US is viewed as a member the the International Community that is viewed as "plays by the rules".. Your only fooling yourself.. The US makes rules that others should abide by.. Not that "The US should abide by".. Like Rajala said. You never see anyone burning a "Dutch Flag"!! LOL.. I wonder why??? PCSTEL
