Why is it only trading around $ 0.45? Well, the first reason is that the company went public in October of 2000, while the stock market was crashing and no one cared about any new companies. The second reason is that UniLink has never done any public relations or marketing to investors, until now. The company is run by twin brothers who had previously built up another telecommunications company and sold it to Fonorola for great profit. They are now in the process of building another company. They continue to pour all their cash back into the company by adding switches and equipment to build their long distance network and in doing so, keep on building the size of their company. What will really bring an awareness of UniLink to the general public and, of course the investing public, is their launching of the PhoneMiles Reward Program. I have included a description of this program below. I am sure that you have heard of Airmiles..... well, PhoneMiles should be just as well known in a few years. Our group is working with UniLink on the public company side and we will be starting a major market awareness program next week with the launch of PhoneMiles. Read the information and I know that you will recognize this is a great little company with a good chance to become a much bigger one. Unilink Tele.Com, Inc. UniLink has been establishing and expanding its international network to more than 20 major U.S. and Canadian Tier 1 and Tier 2 carriers. The implementation of a high quality international network is an important element in enabling UniLink to compete effectively in the international long distance telecommunications market. In addition, UniLink currently has more than 2,500 storefronts retailing its own private-branded prepaid calling cards across Canada."First, there was AirMiles..... and now, there are... PhoneMiles" The PhoneMiles Program allows consumers to earn and accumulate FREE "long distance air time" with every purchase they make from our appointed Retail Partners. Each participating retailer will have a Unilink P.O.S. terminal and a supply of PhoneMiles magnetic-stripe cards. The first time a consumer visits one of our Retail Partner outlets (a restaurant, convenience store, book store, gas station, etc.) and makes a purchase, they will be invited to become a member and will be gifted with FREE long distance air time. Every time a PhoneMiles member makes another purchase at any of our Retail Partner outlets, they will be gifted with more FREE long distance air time. The average reward is valued at approximately 3% - 20% of the purchased amount. For example: If a PhoneMiles Member buys dinner at a participating Retail Partner restaurant and spends $100.00, they will swipe their Phone Miles card and be given approximately $10.00 in FREE long distance air time to use anywhere in the world. The PhoneMiles web site has just been activated and still is under construction, but you can view it at:phonemiles.ca UniLink is pleased to report that in the first 60 days since the PhoneMiles Reward Program was initially launched in the Greater Toronto Area, the company has signed up well over 255 Retail Partners and more than 16,500 PhoneMiles members. The response has been overwhelming with a growth rate of close to 100% per week. UniLink is expecting to market PhoneMiles in the Vancouver area in the next 30 days.
