I'm counting on the fact that the big conservative mutual funds haven't started re-buying techs yet and that Mom and Pop who have been withholding long-term investment cash from the market may not feel safe to get back in. Also still huge short positions though more are covering every day. Will Softechie be the last one out? (sorry ST)

When they do start re-buying en masse for the long-term watch out above. 20-30% upside easily and more on certain smaller stocks. That's assuming Greenspan does cut aggressively at least by May 15. Always risks out there. Always.
