Who talked it down from Jan. 2000 till Jan. 2001? Or better yet who couldn't talk it back up? I'll just blame Clinton with some help from my Gov. Grey Davis. Proof and hostages are missing IMHO.

Mine is that President Bush understands the economy a lot better than you do.
