Who talked it down from Jan. 2000 till Jan. 2001

That was part of natural cyclical slow down -- a result of a decade of economic expansion.
From Nov 2000 till now: Accelerated decline attributed to demogoguery by team Bush.

Folks,
Not that terribly long ago we had a man named Greenspan who was spouting off about irrational exhuberance. Well, it didn't take the stock market very long to hand him his head (removed from his body) on a silver platter as it laughed at his comments. You'd think that was a very humbling and humiliating experience, would you not. I would and I would hope I wouldn't forget it for a LONG time. Now, we have this same man making more rumblings about the stock market being too...... (what?)..... high?
