Yes, this has been key to making people see the truth about Bob. <g> BTW, in order to better serve future converts, was there any specific reason that you decided to read my posts? Very true. Unfortunately, too many of us came too late to save a good chunk of what we had! I think it's not just what you say but how loudly and in how many widely read (or heard) forums you can say it. It's a great public service but it needs to cast a much wider net.============= That old post from Kirk is amazing. Bob really has a strange way with things. He spends so much time and effort (decades really) building up a following and a reputation and then he shoots it (and himself) in the head for no apparent reason. What is wrong with this guy? I think it's more than just arrogance or ego. There is really something amiss in that head.

What really did it... and it does it for many.. is I started to pay attention to what he said! Read on… People started to ask how to record the show. Being an electronics geek, I figured out some ways to do it and posted it on my site to help build traffic. I usually windsurf when Bob is on or played racquetball in the winter back then so I didn't hear much of his shows. After I started to tape them and listen for about a year, I went over to the dark side. I have a VERY, VERY good memory and that doesn't mix well with his way of doing things. I started to ask Don Lane questions here and was attacked rather than given proper respect as a professor at Berkeley might if I asked a tough question so I KNEW he was not about educating me... but about fooling me and protecting an image.
