Correct, thank you, I mispoke. I'm all in favor of them limiting the service or offering tiered pricing to achieve same. Although I think I'd prefer to see them fail utterly, since they clearly do not deserve to retain the client base they have. Or perhaps they do. Both. Deserve each other. There are alternatives, yet many will spend forever and a day complaining about the issues instead of just moving forward and reclaiming the energy spent on Quote.com and directing it to something more useful.
