Up to a point... to the best of my knowledge, the computers aren't writing billion dollar checks for new fabs yet. I'm sure...and likewise they probably aren't canceling long-term capex budgets either. The original issue had to do with why this cycle is so much faster than previous cycles...I was making the point that the same factors that drove it down so quickly could also drive it up just as quickly...lest anyone forget the original topic...
