Unless things are not what they appear. Like why would they pick that company. I see it as a bonus $5,000,000 loss carryforward that would be allowable to be a tax deduction; thus, is the future made them worry about TAXES ON INCOME, in reading that finacial PDF adobe file- well, that says it all in question form.
