Aus, This is getting to be a strange business. I thinking about investing in the law firms that specialize in IP patent law, rather than the manufacturers. It's becoming increasingly unclear who has the upper hand IP wise. If you take IP out of the picture, you want to invest in the low cost producer and the best marketer, and I'm not even sure marketing has much influence on sales in the category. Maybe it's time to look for greener pastures. John
