Jacob, I agree..and to boot i would not pay a Price/Sales more then 3 for ANY Semi.... and I have sell targets on all the Semi's including the SOX. I see the SOX at mid to high 300's to happen in 2001.

Have to disagree with you a bit here. In 1998, people were scared sh*tless of a recession growing out of the collapse of export markets and weakened financial institutions. That's what October 1998 was all about. Just look at what happened to financial stocks at that time. It didn't happen, as it turned out, but that did NOT mean that the possibility wasn't there. It was, palpably.
