Thanks J Believe it or not - no rush to the red meat yet Easter Vigil service went til 2:30 am and it was just too late to fire up the grill We did have lamb on Easter Sunday but I nibbled on the boys' rib-eye. I think the biggest lesson learned was that I do not need to eat as much meat as I was before. I should look at meat more as a privilege than a necessity. Hopefully I will live longer too.
