I have no anger Joe and no I'm not an investor in Ihub. I really don't know where Ihub is incorporated nor do I really care. Is it important for you to know? If so ask Bob. I'm sure he'd tell ya.

Hey Joe, If you are going to comment on what a person says.....please quote them correctly. This statement, does not correctly convey what Carolyn intended. You state.... carolyn thinks maybe it's not in florida, but didn't offer any suggestions. What she really said was..... No. So what? 1. Maybe it is not a corporation. 2. If it is a corporation, it may not be registered in Florida.
