You might want to pay more attention to Bilow than to me, since he has made it clear that he has been avoiding investing in the stock - so that would make him an impartial contributor.

Dan, after reading your post and REH's 70248, I belive buying puts now or even holding them has a very poor risk to reward trade-off; without the legal expense rmbs would have beat estimates !
If the legal results lead to the same conditions which has caused other powerful dram mgf.s to sign with rmbs, then the stock will appreciate instead of decline, causing you to lose money on your put positions.
