Luc, there is an electronic trail from e-mail to recorded conversations. More so there are many money coward managers who participated in the action of collusion to prop up stocks some of those action were even made public by some newspapers but then AMZN was still a 3 digit stock and nobody cared (they were able to nail down MSFT then why not GS?).

I think the environment has changed and as with embezzling pension funds you can not hide behind self-serving agreements. I bet yo that those buying in IRA accounts will have a free ride contrary to very self-serving agreements. I bet you few know that.

If I would be in this situation trust me I was starting a law suit. Unfortunate I did not buy those stocks.
