to confirm version number, open your nsw main page and if there is a 'help' icon click it, then 'about norton systemworks'. you'll see the version number. 3.0 is 2000

if there is no 'help' icon on the main nsw integrator page, click on the nsw icon in the extreme upper left corner of the page, and choose 'about'. look for version number.

if you are running nsw2000 with winme, you need either a new nsw or a new os. i'd opt for a new nsw.
