A while back Mike and I were discussing this on LMT. If you search from LMT, under "this topic only" for "VoD", the discussion went from about 12/13/00 to 12/18/00. I think what you are asking about is in there somewhere, in a couple of posts. I'll see if I can look thru them later and give some links

Frank- Yes. ftth is correct. We had a great series of posts where ftth did lot's of back of the napkin type estimates as to the reality of VOD over the current cable plant. As I recall, it was a series of posts that may have added up to 10 or so. They were quite good. I did a search for them and could not find them. If you find them, I'd appreciate a url to the first one.
