<They're spending a lot of money> Yeah, but I betcha is nothing to what they'll lose if their option bets go wrong <G>

I've seen selling start on the Fri/late Thursday of options ex (as positions start getting unwound)...I've also see it start on Monday (if Friday big up day)...but it usually DOES happens...one would think, especially so, if this market rallies from here.....or even doesn't go down rest of week...We've never really put in a good retrace for the last rally, and there are lots of gaps on the charts below..

Finally, a lot of individual tech stocks way above their max-pain....don't know how that sorts itself out....but another posters noted the "box" that many techs seem to be in the last few days...they rally to a point, then sell off, then rally back there, then selloff....as if someone trying to keep them there...

Velo- Its this just a matter of waiting for things to crack? Or do you see a scenario in which the indices could gather strength, jump current technical resistance, and zoom in the next few days...

I can't decide if this is indecision about Intel, options ex gains, massive distribution (from big players to small) or all 3....I don't recall such a tight range for a long, long time...
