Global Resource is Rick Rule, I think... Indeed they (and he) are very knowledgeable in resource stocks.... even if they have Silver STandard on their list and know nothing of Corner Bay <g>!

I thing a guy by the name of Cook is on their team...and he is a fan of Francisco, if I am not mistaking.

Concur about Global Resources. They got me into PAA and FGX very early and encouraged me not to overstay my welcome. Not heeding that advice as closely as I should have makes me appreciate their advice more in retrospect. Of course they've recommended lots of losers, but as a natural resources firm catering to that sector of investment they can only fairly be judged by comparison within that sector. I see no comparison; major brokers I've dealt with are clueless by comparison. I use them to have one broker who can give me direct and knowledgeable real-time input in this sector. They also have a guy who follows the Calif ELH natural gas play. They are also scrupulously honest and fair to clients.

Yes, Brent Cook does like Francisco Gold. The firm also likes Gabriel Resources (Canadian: GBU). Anyone here like it?
