fingolfen re: 1) capital expenditures for equipment are only part of capital expenditures, building costs also figure into the number. you are right so since there were no recent recent construction news the decrease of 2B is mostly due to equipment. Hence if overall decrease is 27% then equipment decrease is >27%. re: 2) that isn't indicative of any delay in the 0.13 micron ramp. you are right again, most of the new equipment is for .18mu process :-)) Regards -Albert ps was it you who argued about 7.5B at least
