you are right so since there were no recent recent construction news the decrease of 2B is mostly due to equipment. Hence if overall decrease is 27% then equipment decrease is >27%.

re: 2) that isn't indicative of any delay in the 0.13 micron ramp.

you are right again, most of the new equipment is for .18mu process :-))
