Right. IMO the only rational approach to it now would be to buy a small % of the overall desired target holding, then go from there. It could be that CSCO eventually settles into a tradeable stock with strong resist and suppport levels, such as intel became, but obviously it's not there yet. This econ slump could drag on for a while.

But futures look incredible this a.m.
