Just wondering, could some powerful people have known in advance and that is why market rallied on CSCO news, or am I just being paranoid?

Generally only allow myself one stock trade every few days ....thank goodness the-designated-trade-of-the-day was the semis. Sitting on hands trying to resist cashing in a few other things.
