Sorry, wily, I did not think that your query required response, since I used the comparative approach (as dishonest as ...), in essence saying that if Carl's post constituted dishonesty (lack of disclaimer within the body of the parody), establishing a "paper trail" for future action is just as dishonest. I have no opinion as to the absolute honesty or lack thereof in both activities. Was that clear? It is no longer clear to me (g). Pomp, I need your legal help....counsel. Zeev
