The manner in which TDW is doing this to their clients is inexcuseable. Probably most people logged on at their regular time or when they wanted to make a trade, found their access blocked, clicked all the little buttons and "signed" the document, and went about their business after those lost minutes having signed under duress a contract with a third party in a foreign country. Even from TDW, this is a surprising level of abuse of trust. If they wanted to change the terms of access this Monday, why didn't they send this contract out months ago, in hard copy so lawyers could review it, and with enough notice that the client would be inclined to view the firm as being within the parameters of civilised persons? Big PR problem, yes. Major.

They make it grindingly hard to work your way up the corporate ladder, but it is possible. I'll keep making time for it. Phone early, phone often.

Al: I agree. What may be "reasonable" to the Nasdaq may not at all be "reasonable" to me. It depends on what they want, and how much of a hurry they are in to get it.

I have no problem supplying an agency with records. I am not one who avoids the tax collector, nor am I one who is behind in debts I owe to the government of the day.

But if Bill Clinton had sex but DIDN'T have sex with Monica, what will the government or the Nasdaq do to me AND NOT do to me?
