Thers's a reasonable explanation of the virgin birth? OK, let's hear it.

kholt offered a possibility- -with a probability at least 5 million-to-one against. Let's say 5,000,00-to-1 are the odds (and they're actually much worse), that means it might happen 5-10 times in the US per year. You think people in the US lie only 5-10 times per year?

And those 5-million-to-1 odds are still smaller because that woman with both an X and Y chromosome has to also have a womb and according to kholts' posts "that rarely happens" AND that woman has to undergo parthogenesis- -extremely rare in mammals.

AND if you go for a rational explanation then Christs birth is no longer that one-time miracle event you so desire.
