I think the previous Liberal government was timing the demise of AV-Roe with its principals and they were just getting the money out and then handed the grenade off the the incoming PC minority government. The Chief will always be known as the PM who scuttled the Arrow. I don't know back no further than that and them is me reason's for saying they ain't smarter since they certainly havn't been at least from 1955! <G> IMHO Regards Bob
