Probably more an individual thing at this point. We once had a long-time-Texan TV weatherman who said rooves, while most here in Texas say roofs or rue-uhfs along with an occasional ruffs. But rooves likely could be traced "genealogically" to a particular region.

In the movie I mentioned, I think I remember hearing someone (Ashley?) say real-i-tor for realtor. Not a big thing, but in an earlier time the director probably would have said "cut".
