I had cousins like that too. -g

We spent an awful lot of time outside too. I got into a fire phase, but a Poet-unique twist: I'd build campfires to cook over. We'd roast apples on sticks, potatoes, matzoh (!!), anything we could get our hands on. It all tasted so great cooked out in the open.

Hmmm, this is probably where I developed my fondness for char. Remember that roasted marshmallow conversation we had here a while back?

You getting this heat wave up your way. It's 82 (28) and humid here. I was used to the 40(4)-60(15) range.
