"it will not be sustainable" How long has it been sustaining already ? What are you looking for to happen that has not already happened ? "the bust" you say. Is that an event ? How long in duration ? I'm trying to see if you have a concrete idea or a nebulous vision of demize. You know that there have been prophets of doom through all history. Supermarket rags have them on their covers regularly. Your data may not point to a specific date because perhaps there isn't any. Things can stay chronically poor for sometime. 'just like a chain smoker can smoke for a long life before lung cancer shows up if at all.
