I heard some very bad Bush news from Los Alamos last night. He is cutting way back on the Clinton program to support Russian scientists. This program was critical for keeping Russian nuclear scientists employed, and keeping their talents out of the hands of terrorists.

Seems Bush prefers confrontation vs. prevention. Makes for better photo-ops.
