I hope you're not relying on that article to prove a point.

The moon presents the same face to the Earth due to tidal lock, not to the Sun. It rotates every 28 days, the same period as the orbit. Hence it's day is 28 Earth days long and there is no "Dark side of the Moon" except for the Pink Floyd album.

The article's author probably misquoted something in his rush to publish.

Further a 5 year trend is fairly meaningless in the big scheme of things. For example: the sunspot cycle is 11 years long and there are others in nature shorter and longer.

You should look at your sources a little more critically in the future.

Since I did not deny warming, the sarcasm is misplaced. I am, in any event, not sure from the article how it fits into the various debates......
