I believe Cisco will never be able to pay a dividend that would attract an aging baby-boomer.

Are you under the impression that Cisco presently pays a dividend or are you speaking figuratively and not in the literal sense?

Why short CSCO in the middle of a mega rally?
My target by May 15 is 22-23 range. Still down 70% at that price.
