RAT- Yes, what you wrote is what I've always believed to be accurate. That was why I was surprised to read Eric's response to my capex comments. Obviously Eric and I crossed signals because I thought Eric didn't think capex hit the bottom line. But apparently I mis-understood Eric. Bottom line is--Reduction in capex by service providers will clearly make net income look better. At what point it's better depends upon how depreciation is handled.
