Well, the qtrly results are out. "In line" is the apparent interpretation, but premarket trading is just over 20. The report breaks out "New WCOM" from "New MCIC". New WCOM's numbers look good with 12% revenue growth. Consolidated revenues actually grew a little too - I think analysts were looking for a decline. Consolidated EBITDA is $2.9 Billion, so enterprise value (MV of equity + debt) is only 7.3x annualized EBITDA - rather low, IMO.
