Carolyn,

If the USSC is a bunch of old, tired ladies and gentleman, looking for a way out of their jobs, they shouldn't have heard the case. It was a state of Florida decision, and the USSC should have kept their mitts off. Bad enough having Bush's brother and campaign manager making the rules in Florida.

The whole affair made Central American democracy look healthy.
