When a state court is complicit in an attempt to steal an election, it's the textbook example of where the Supreme Court needs to step in. The FLA Supreme Court was an absolute disgrace, in the words of it's own senior member. And the USSC agreed, 7-2.

Get over it Scumbria, Gore lost. And our legal system which is the envy of the world worked.

You're simply bitter because the outcome wasn't what you wanted. Too bad...That's our system of justice.

In no count that was unbiased did Gore win. I suppose you believe, like many Democrats in November did, that electronic machines somehow favored Bush.

You and AS better get together and dream up another conspiracy theory, because your arguments are looking pretty weak without them. :)

Oh, for heavens' sake! Where have you been since November? Just read this thread and the Electoral College thread for a discussion of all that. Everything was done legally and above board.

As for the "old, tired ladies and gentleman [sic]" of the USSC, you obviously are unfamiliar with the words personal integrity and duty.
