CK, The California "energy crisis" is mainly a political and media event. Everyone I know in California has been barely affected. I'm quite certain that Californian's will change their voting patterns under Bush, but not in the direction you are hoping. Remember that California has a large population of conservative Chinese emigrants, who will not take kindly to Bush's Chinese hysteria. Scumbria
