Gee Scumbria, GWB sure has been busy. Piloting subs, spy planes etc. You should cut him some slack seeing as how he is too busy around the world to take care of The US Gov't. I guess we had no planes monitoring China during your dad's administration. And I guess there were no Chinese pilots tailing us during that time. And seeing as you are a whiz bang soccer coach, microprocessor genius, etc... just what would you have done to appease the Chinese during this incident. Come on, reveal some of your genius to us.

Also, I would hardly call rolling blackouts "barely affecting" someone. Not to mention the bankruptcy filing of PG & E.

Everyone I know in California has been barely affected.
Apparenly the people you know are illiterate- -not surprising. They can't read their PGE bills or do math. How about: KWH down 25%; cost up 40%. That's "barely affected"?

Remember that California has a large population of conservative Chinese emigrants, who will not take kindly to Bush's Chinese hysteria.
If those "conservative Chinese" love Communism and Communists so much, why are they here?
