The last two posts on this thread tell the story.
We're all saying the same thing, in different ways.
Let's review. Slowly.
Since January, he changed his mind about the market going UP (did he say 3450?), and then even had to LOWER his already lowered target.
Then, two weeks ago, he said, buy 'em.
Now, he says, the Naz could go down, from here, 20-25 percent OR MORE. We could retest, or even go to lower lows.

That's not exactly a bullish call for the next 3 to 6 months.
But because he's uncertain about how far DOWN the Naz is going to go, he thinks if we buy 'em somewhere in here, and wait a year or two, that prices will be higher then than they are now.
Well, yes, most all of us like the outlook for 2002.
It's the part in-between that's still murky.
