He had no intention of reducing the deficit...what do you think the Clinton National Health Plan would have done to the deficit had it been enacted.....Again the Republicans save the day and Clinton claims the victory his....no credit due.

No, actually he LIED through 1992 about a tax cut. Then dropped it as soon as the election was over, raised taxes, and put a (hopefully temporary) halt to the Reagan economic boom. It may not be too late for the Bush team to save the country from the Clinton economic "vision".
