I'm sure it's a great company and that's why your high level executive brother bailed as the ship went down. Not coming back bro, the biz just ain't there. The days of the 26 year olds with go-tees and pony tails playing VP of Bus dev or VP of Partnerships is over. Just look at Hotjobs and Monsterboard, the opportunities are all dried up and the punks are back at Proctor & Gamble putting in their time with brand management and living in mon-n-pops spare bedroom.
