OT: no need to get in to details, but in most places where DSPs are used, programmed and designed. One reason I think it was smart of Nokia to invest in Oulu, the wireless DSP center just south of the polar circle. To quote Linus Thorvalds, long and dark winters are great for fumbling in the dark, including assembly and sillycones. At least they are not great for agricultur and around the year beach life. But there is nothing like the long evenings, sun sets of the summers in the north, after a dark winter. Ilmarinen.
