Richard/Thread-Most of these REITs have moved up nicely just recently and to reduce risk which would you lighten up on (i e which are most risky and might slip the most if the market tanks again)???? My goals are more capital gain vs income but I realize that higher income can result in a good capital gain if rates continue to slip.
