Rob, Thanks for the links.Unfortunately BackWeb is not listed in the Add/Remove programs so I cannot remove it that way. This would suggest to me that it was installed by some other service or program and might be deleted the same way. I have been trying to identify that other service or program, so far with little success. However I have not given up yet.:-)

It would be easy to delete the folders etc. for the program, but it could be something I am using and don't know it. Also removing the registry entries is NOT something I feel capable of attempting.<g>
