regularly above 20 million and frequently 40 million.

Time for some upgrades? WCOM biz is growing well, MCIC has stabilized, valuation (based on cash flow) is way low and only 6 of 23 ratings are strong buys - plenty of room for upgrades. Boy, if the Street ever falls back in love with this stock... no, "like" will do... well...
